Meet the Team

Martine (1968) is responsible for investment policy, risk management and general operations. From 1990 to 2022 she worked at Rabobank, where she spent her entire career working in risk management and corporate lending. From 2012 to 2016 Martine was seconded to Indonesia and Mozambique where she worked as a (credit) risk management consultant and as a director of lending respectively. The last five years she worked at the internal audit department of Rabobank where she focused on audits of international lending to companies in the Food & Agri sector. Also during this period she was seconded several times to do assignments in lending to the Food & Agri sector in Uganda, Tanzania and Ecuador. In Tanzania, she supported companies in drawing up business plans for making their businesses more climate-proof.
